A forgotten West Indian musician!

In my research into Jamaican history over 30 years I have come across many interesting, but forgotten people from our past: Joseph Packer Ramsay is one such.
He was actually born in Barbados, it seems, but was brought here at the age of 6, so can reasonably be considered Jamaican. Certainly when he toured in the island in 1930-31 he was welcomed as a Jamaican.
